Great and stunning location on the market for sale for most a year, you can walk everywhere. Every time in Neos Marmaras, I choose this place.

This is a magnificent and stunning location in Neos Marmaras. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel. Very friendly and well-trained staff here from a receptionist.
Their breakfast is bad, can be much better.
